Trickle Vents to Prevent Condensation

Condensation occurs where there is little or no ventilation in a building.  It is particularly problematic in a building fitted entirely with double glazed doors and windows and can lead to damp and other problems.

Trickle vents are designed to counteract this and are now a legal requirement for new build properties and very useful for older buildings where there is no natural ventilation.

Each installation is unique and whether vents are required should be considered in every case.  We are more than happy to advise.
